患者田某某,女性,14岁,学生,陕西凤翔人,住院号20207。病历:以双眼自小长1红肿块之主诉入院,患儿自生下时其母发现其右上睑缺1小块,眼向内斜,半岁时,脸缺损处外上方有1肿块,发红,逐渐长大,视力减退,尤以右眼为重。患者足月顺产,家族无同样眼疾,体格检查无异常发现。眼科检查视力:右眼前指数,左眼1.5。双眼泪器正常。右眼上睑中1/3处有1三角形缺损,底向睑缘。该处睫毛睑板和腺管亦缺如。缺损上端达眶缘,和缺损相对应的结膜呈粉红色隆起,表面光滑,质软,约蚕豆大小,外侧达外眦角,向内下侵犯角膜,无混浊,仅内下方1/4透明,前房深浅正常,瞳孔大部分被遮盖,仅见内下方部分瞳孔。晶体无混浊,眼底未查。眼压指压正常。角膜映光+45°,眼球向外转动受限。左眼睑正常,眼外侧球结膜呈粉红色隆起
