本文对110名护士长采用症状自评量表（SCL－90）进行评定，评定结果除强迫症状、焦虑2因子分高于中国常模外，余7个因子分与中国常模无显著性差异或低于常模。护士长总体心理素质较好，但精神科护士长与综合科护士长各团子分仍有一定差异。说明护理对象不同存在着相应的心理压力，护士长心理素质相对较稳定，但仍应提高对应激源的控制能力。
In this article, 110 head nurses were assessed using the Symptom Checklist (SCL-90). The assessment results were not significantly different from the Chinese norm, except for the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety, which were higher than the Chinese norm. Or lower than norm. The head nurse’s overall mental quality is better, but the psychiatric head nurses and general nurse headmen still have some differences. It shows that there are corresponding psychological pressures in different nursing subjects. The nurses’ psychological quality is relatively stable, but the control of stressors should still be improved.
