根据国家计划,为在1984年前最终完成钢结构设计规范的修订工作,规范管理部门于1983年3月在北京召开了钢结构设计规范工作会议。会议正式通过规范修订大纲。新的规范除将扩大钢结构的使用范围、增加新的钢种、修改基本计算规定、修改受弯构件的计算方法、修改轴心和偏心受力构件的计算方法以及修改疲劳强度设计、连接和构造设计方法以外,还将增加钢管结构设计、钢与混凝土联合梁设计及塑性设计等新的章节。新的规范在立足国内经验和科研成果的基础上,将在较大范同内向国外先进规范靠拢。据悉,新规范的起草工作将在年内完成;新规范的征求意见稿1984年二季度交全国钢结构标准技术委员会审查,并分发全国征求意见;1984年四季度完成报批稿,报国家计委审批。同时着手《钢结构设计手
