自发性腹腔内出血,自发性肠系膜血管破裂出血,通常称腹音阵中,是一种少的急腹症。因其发病急,缺少典型的临床表现,易造成诊断和治疗的延误,现报告2例。1 病例报告例1:患者女,30岁。于1998年8月21日因妊娠8个月伴右下腹部疼痛4小时,入我科,入院诊断:晚期妊娠合并阑尾穿孔并发腹膜炎。查体:T37℃,P20次/分,BP120/80mmHg,心肺正常,腹部膨隆,子宫剑突下2横指,右中下腹部肌较紧,有压痛及反跳痛。移动性浊音(+)肠鸣音减弱,血红蛋白80g/L,血白细胞
Spontaneous intra-abdominal hemorrhage, spontaneous mesenteric vascular rupture of bleeding, usually called abdominal sound array, is a less acute abdomen. Because of its acute onset, the lack of a typical clinical manifestations, easily lead to the diagnosis and treatment delays, are reported in 2 cases. 1 Case Report Example 1: Female patient, 30 years old. On August 21, 1998 due to pregnancy for 8 months with right lower quadrant pain for 4 hours, into our department, admission diagnosis: late pregnancy complicated with appendiceal perforation complicated by peritonitis. Physical examination: T37 ℃, P20 beats / min, BP120 / 80mmHg, normal heart and lungs, bulging abdomen, uterine xiphoid 2 transverse means, the right lower abdomen muscle tighter, tenderness and rebound tenderness.
