财政部党组成员、部长助理刘红薇在日前召开的中央企业财务会计报告布置会上指出,新时期企业财务管理的工作重点为:一是加强统筹协调和配合,明确国有资本经营预算的支持方向和重点。国有资本经营预算的收入规模需要不断扩大,支出方向和重点需要进一步明确,国有资本存量需要逐步盘活,努力使国有资本经营预算集中解决国民经济重点行业重要资源短缺,加大研发投入和自主创新的支持力度,改造传统产业和发展战略性新兴产业,促进企业实现转型升级和发展方式转变。
