为探讨非圆截面零件旋压成形时壁厚变化规律,采用MSC.Marc有限元软件对五边形横截面锥形件旋压过程进行数值模拟,获得了工件厚度减薄率沿圆周及母线方向的分布规律;通过分析对比几种不同截面形状的五边形及圆形横截面锥形旋压件的厚度减薄率变化,获得了不同工件截面形状对厚度减薄率的影响规律。结果表明,厚度减薄率沿圆周方向的分布大小与截面圆周方向的轮廓曲率有关,曲率越大的位置厚度减薄率越大,反之亦然。
In order to investigate the variation of wall thickness of non-circular cross-section parts during spinning, the spinning process of the pentagonal cross-section conical parts was numerically simulated by MSC.Marc finite element software. The results showed that the workpiece thickness reduction ratio along the circumference and the generatrix direction The influence of the cross-sectional shape of different workpieces on the thickness reduction rate was obtained by analyzing the comparison of the thickness reduction rates of several pentagons and circular cross-section conical spinning parts with different cross-sectional shapes. The results show that the distribution of the thickness reduction ratio in the circumferential direction is related to the profile curvature in the circumferential direction of the section, and the greater the reduction ratio of the thickness is, the vice versa.
