面裂囊肿又称非齿源性囊肿,是颌面部常见的良性肿物。我科自1963～1972年遇有57例面裂囊肿,经手术一期缝合,疗效较好,现将病例分析如下。临床分析 57例面裂囊肿中,鼻前庭囊肿47例,腭正中囊肿8例,鼻球-上颌囊肿2例。男性16例,女性41例。年龄20～50岁共45例,最大者70岁。病程以1年以内者为最多,共45例,最长者10年。临床表现:57例均有鼻底前部肿胀,右侧28例,左侧21例,双侧8例。有鼻阻者28例,局部疼痛者
Facial cleft cyst, also known as non-dental cysts, is a common benign tumor in maxillofacial region. Our department from 1963 to 1972 met 57 cases of cleft lip and cyst, suture by surgery, the effect is better, the case is now analyzed as follows.
