每一位学生都是一个独立的个体,有他独有的天赋秉性、个性爱好、家庭背景,但无一例外的他们都是一个家庭的支撑,一个家庭的希望,他们身上承担了父母的期盼,社会的寄托,祖国的期许。或许我们不能要求每个孩子都能成才但我们应该最大可能保证他们健康快乐成长。面对有差异的学生需要教师因材施教,特别是对于后进生来说更需要教师的特别关爱。我们更愿意相信后进生只是暂时的落后,因为没有不能教得更好的学生。
