本文研究了合金化元素Cu、Mg和Ce对ZA27合金力学性能的影响,根据金属型标准试样测试指出:无素Cu、Mg和Ce在ZA27合金中的适宜范围为Cu:0.5~4.0%,Mg:0.0~0.15%,Ce:0.0~0.30%。为工业生产提供了合适的ZA27合金成分范围。
In this paper, the effects of alloying elements Cu, Mg and Ce on the mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy were investigated. According to the standard test of metal type, the suitable range of Cu, Mg and Ce for Cu-free alloy is 0.5-4.0% 0.0 to 0.15% of Mg, and 0.0 to 0.30% of Ce. A suitable ZA27 alloy composition range is provided for industrial production.
