采用化学还原法制备了不同铈含量的NiPCe 超细非晶态合金催化剂,测试了其苯加氢活性. 应用X 射线衍射和差热方法对经不同温度退火后的样品进行了结构分析,并和其苯加氢活性相关联. 实验发现,微量铈的加入可大大提高催化剂的热稳定性,进而提高其加氢活性.
Ni-P-Ce ultrafine amorphous alloy catalysts with different cerium content were prepared by chemical reduction method, and the hydrogenation activity of benzene was tested. The structure of samples annealed at different temperatures was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis, and their hydrogenation activities were correlated with benzene. The experiment found that the addition of trace cerium can greatly improve the thermal stability of the catalyst, thereby increasing its hydrogenation activity.
