某些蔬菜中所含的草酸能和人体血液中的钙离子生成草酸钙沉淀,这种沉淀物既是引起尿结石病的主要原因,又会引起人体缺钙。但医学上认为,适量的草酸对人体来说是必要的。蔬菜中草酸的测定已有多种方法,但这些方法均存在不同的缺点。本文采用衍生气相色谱法将蔬菜用乙醇盐酸溶液浸泡,浸出的草酸衍生成草酸二乙酯,经氯仿萃取后用气相色谱法测定,获得了满意的结果。
Oxalic acid contained in some vegetables can form calcium oxalate precipitate with calcium in the human blood. This precipitate is not only the main cause of urolithiasis, but also causes calcium deficiency in the body. However, in medicine, the right amount of oxalic acid is necessary for the human body. Various methods have been used for the determination of oxalic acid in vegetables, but these methods all have different shortcomings. In this paper, the vegetables were soaked in ethanolic hydrochloric acid solution by derivatization gas chromatography, and the leached oxalic acid was derivatized into diethyl oxalate. After the extraction by chloroform, it was determined by gas chromatography, and the satisfactory results were obtained.
