目的探讨缺血性心肌病患者尿酸与心力衰竭的关系。方法选择1089例缺血型心肌病患者,测定血尿酸浓度(男≥420μmoL/L,女≥360μmoL/L为HUA),依据心力衰竭分期,心力衰竭分级,6 min步行试验心力衰竭分级标准进行分组,分析每组心功能与血尿酸浓度的关系。结果缺血型心肌病患者血尿酸水平增高与心力衰竭严重程度相关,并随心衰加重而增加。结论尿酸是缺血型心肌病发展的一项重要生化指标,并可以用来帮助判断预后。“,”Objective To investigate the relationship between ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure in patients with uric acid. Methods 1089 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients, measurement of serum uric acid concentration (M≥420μmoL/L, female≥360μmoL/L for HUA), according to stages of heart failure, heart failure classification, 6-minute walk test failure grading standards groups, each group of cardiac function and analyze the relationship between serum uric acid concentrations.Results Ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with elevated blood uric acid levels cor elated with the severity of heart failure, and heart failure exacerbation increases.Conclusion Uric acid is ischemic cardiomyopathy, an important biochemical indicators of development and can be used to help determine the prognosis.
