采用一种新的外弹道综合测试方法,对尾翼稳定脱壳穿甲弹的脱壳影响进行了试验研究。通过对立靶密集度的估算分析,结果发现:弹托脱落的不一致性是造成射弹散布增大的重要原因,也是该类弹丸在密集度试验中出现“离群弹”的根源所在。应用这一结论于产品研制中,通过改善卡瓣分离状态,对于提高密集度已经取得了显著的技术、经济效果,为同类产品的研制提供了新经验。
A new test method of external ballistic test was used to study the impact of shelling on the stability of tail-armored AE armor. Through the analysis of the oppositional target concentration, the result shows that the inconsistency of the stripping off is the main reason that causes the projectile to disperse, and also the root cause of the “outlier” in the projectile test. Applying this conclusion in product development, we have achieved remarkable technical and economic results by improving the separation status of the card claws for the purpose of enhancing the intensity. This has provided new experiences for the development of similar products.
