复杂断面、变断面硬铝合金型材是航空、航天器材所需的关键性材料,这类型材热处理后,存在着弯曲和扭转变形程度大的特点,由于缺乏有效的矫整手段,废品率高达65%以上,无法满足批量高效生产的实际要求,通过引入扭转整形的概念,研制出国内首套硬铝合金型材扭转整形机,一次性的将成品率提高到95%以上,不仅解决了工业生产的实际问题,而且也完善了现有的矫整理论。
