本文对我国部分工业企业长期存在的经济效益不好的现象进行了分析,指出技术落后和管理不善是其根本原因。在此基础上,针对如何加强企业的现代化管理问题,作者认为,关键是加强工业企业管理的基础工作和提高人员素质。
This article analyzes the long-term poor economic performance of some industrial enterprises in China and points out that the backward technology and poor management are the root causes. On this basis, according to the author’s opinion on how to strengthen the modern management of the enterprise, the key is to strengthen the basic work of industrial enterprise management and improve the quality of personnel.
