湖北省广播电视总台首批赴英研修班的学习分为国内和英国两部分:2009年12月底开始在华中科技大学进行英语加强培训;2010年3月21日从国内出发,次日抵达伦敦,开始了在英国为期42天的学习。笔者有幸参加了这次湖北广电历史上首次大规模的出国培训,也经历了从克服语言障碍到感受文化冲击,从学习英国电视公共服务体系的体制特色,到领悟BBC制作或常规或大型节目的细节之美;从面对头脑风暴有别于国内节目研发程序时的错愕,到听闻故事创作必须在镜头涉及方方面面时的会心;从参观世界知名的新闻机构到成立同学组成的模拟公司等等这些让我们的心灵受到冲击的过程。
