2011年,西安铁路局供应工作将以全面落实铁道部物资规范管理提出的64条要求为主线,全面实施统一物资目录为抓手,健全管理制度,创新管理方法,围绕中心工作,保证物资质量,确保物资供应,有效降低成本,不断提升物资供应管理水平。按照西安铁路局物资管理优化整合思路,逐步清晰物资分级管理、集中供应,充分发挥区域作用,进一步优化供应流程,完善创新的供应管理模式。
