短穗扦插是目前茶树生产上良种繁育的重要方法。其所育苗木具有能保持母本的遗传特性,后代性状一致,发芽整齐,便于采摘与栽培管理等优点。然而目前生产上主要采用的是常规扦插方法,插穗大多未作任何处理,致使发根时间较长,成苗期相应延长,根系质量较差,扦插成活率受到一定影响。本研究采用五种不同浓度的外源激素处理插穗,研究其对插穗发根的效果,以期能为生产上制定相应措施
Short cuttage cutting is an important method of seed breeding in tea production. The nursery seedlings can maintain the genetic characteristics of the female parent, the offspring traits consistent, sprouting neat, easy to pick and cultivation and management advantages. However, the current production is mainly used in the conventional cutting method, cuttings mostly without any treatment, resulting in a longer hair root, a corresponding increase in seedling stage, the root quality is poor, the survival rate of cuttings is affected to some extent.
