本例因先后4次急性吸入大量铜烟,除当时出现金属烟雾热、呼吸道等症状外,以后则出现以肝脏为主的多脏器、多系统的慢性损害。尤为特征性的是角膜周缘因铜沉积于角膜后缘弹力层而形成K-F环,血清铜及铜兰蛋白增高,亦为本病诊断提供了客观依据。
In this case, four consecutive acute inhalation of a large number of copper smoke, except at the time of metal smoke and heat, respiratory and other symptoms, followed by liver-based multiple organs, multi-system chronic damage. Particularly characteristic is the corneal peripheral copper deposition in the corneal margin of the elastic layer and the formation of K-F ring, serum copper and cerulein increased, but also provide an objective basis for the diagnosis of the disease.
