洛阳市色织一厂从1975年7月以来,连续7年多坚持在下月一号报出会计报表.坚持在月后一号报出会计报表,大量具体工作都要在月终一日内完成,时间紧、困难多,我们在统一思想的基础上,提前做好各项准备工作,规定了月终各车间、仓库、财务、供销、劳资等部门相互提供资料的时间.如规定:1、各车间的在产品盘点于月终16点开始进行,18点作出报表,分别交给生产科、财务科.2、棉纱、成品、色纱三个仓库于月终18点作出本月收、支、存明细表,分别交生产科、财务科.3、备件仓库于月终19点作出机备件等消耗材料的支出金额(计划价)报表.4、生产科于月终20点向财务科提供织布车间和验布室的产品盘点数.
