对苏北地区的218所中小学校课余训练工作状态的现况调查。结果表明:学校课余训练运动项目的设置仍以传统的、娱乐性、趣味性较强的运动项目为主。在运动队的梯队组成上差别较大,部分学校成合理状态,利于运动队的发展和运动员的成长。在教师制定教学训练计划的工作方面极为薄弱,教学训练计划制定不够齐全,较为单一,在一定程度上会影响教学训练质量和运动队竞技水平的提高。在训练频率上,周训练次数和每次训练时间能够较好保证,但年训练月数部分学校略显不足,影响到课余训练的效果和系统性。
Survey of the Present Situation of Extracurricular Training in 218 Primary and Middle Schools in Northern. The result shows that the setting of school extracurricular training exercise is still dominated by traditional, entertaining and interesting sports. The composition of the echelon in the sports teams is quite different. Some of the schools are in a reasonable state, which is conducive to the development of sports teams and the growth of athletes. In the teaching of teachers to develop the work plan is extremely weak, the teaching and training plan is not complete enough, more single, to a certain extent, will affect the quality of teaching and training and improve the competitive level of sports teams. In terms of training frequency, weekly training times and each training time can be better guaranteed, but some schools in the number of monthly training months are slightly deficient, affecting the effectiveness and systematicness of after-class training.
