《中国烟草学报》2016年第5期、《轻工学报》2016年第6期分别刊发了云南中烟工业有限公司技术中心邹泉、廖晓祥等人撰写的题为《干燥方式对再造烟叶丝质量特性的影响研究》和《不同干燥方式对造纸法再造烟叶丝质量特性的影响》的两篇文章。两刊编辑部分别接到读者举报,指出以上两篇论文内容高度一致。经编辑部认真查核,情况属实。据调查,作者于2015年10月16日将高度类似的稿件分别投给《中国烟草学报》和《轻工学报》,已构成一稿两投。两刊编
