从全省的现状来看,江西省高校体育教师人力资本的潜能得不到充分开发和利用。如何从人力资源开发与管理理论中吸收和借鉴其有效成份,从而服务于高校体育,是一个值得思考得问题。本文从人力资本激励机制的角度,分析江西省高校体育教师人力资源激励中存在的问题,探讨建立激励机制的重要意义、原则,并简单阐述构建激励机制的内容和措施。
Judging from the status quo in the whole province, the potential of human capital of college PE teachers in Jiangxi Province can not be fully exploited and utilized. How to absorb and learn from the theory of human resources development and management of its active ingredients, so as to serve the college sports, is a question worth considering. In this paper, from the perspective of human capital incentive mechanism, this paper analyzes the problems existing in human resources incentive of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, discusses the significance and principle of establishing incentive mechanism, and briefly describes the contents and measures of constructing incentive mechanism.
