目的：探讨睾丸扭转时睾丸周围结构的超声表现。方法：分析23例经手术证实的睾丸扭转患者睾丸周围结构超声表现。结果：21例患者睾丸周围出现团状强回声。结论：睾丸周围团状强回声对诊断睾丸扭转有重要价值。“,”Objective To study the clinical value of appearance of spermatic cord in diagnosis of testicular torsion.Methods A total of 23 cases of testicular torsion were analyzed and concluded by ultrasonography.Results A hyperechonic mass was found around testicle in 21 cases.Conclusions The hyperechonic mass around testicle has great value in diagnosis of testicular torsion.
