宫颈裂伤是阴道分娩中较常见的软产道损伤之一,如损伤严重,可导致致命的产后出血。本文就我院自1984年1月至1994年12月10年中足月阴道分娩引起的宫颈裂伤52例,就其原因预防及诊治方面探讨报告如下。
Cervical laceration is one of the more common vaginal births during vaginal delivery, with serious damage resulting in fatal postpartum haemorrhage. This article on our hospital from January 1984 to December 1994 10 years of full-term vaginal delivery caused by cervical laceration in 52 cases, its prevention and treatment of the reasons discussed below.
