在国际市场大米供求趋紧,国内市场水稻行情上涨的情况下,2007年黑龙江省水稻市场价格却持续低迷,呈现出产量提高,产值减少,成本提高,收益减少的特点。笔者通过对黑龙江省黑河市拉腰子村水稻成本收益情况的调查,以斑窥豹,探析黑龙江省水稻市场价格低迷的因素,并结合水稻生产中存在的其他问题,提出提高黑龙江省水稻生产效益的对策。
In the international market, when the rice supply and demand tightened and the rice market in the domestic market went up, the market price of rice in Heilongjiang Province in 2007 continued to decline, showing the characteristics of increased output, lower output value, higher costs and less revenue. Based on the investigation of the cost-benefit of rice in Lazengzi village, Heihe city, Heilongjiang province, the author analyzes the factors of rice market downturn in Heilongjiang Province based on the factors of cost-benefit of rice, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of paddy production in Heilongjiang Province, combining with other problems existing in rice production Countermeasures.
