他原本是一名陶瓷专家,1993年进入国家建材局旗下的中实公司之后开始从事复合材料行业。当时欧美的复合材料工业已经发展到了很高的水平,而中国才刚刚起步。因为有着很好的外语功底,组团出国带队考察就成了他的一项重要工作。然而,能出国考察的毕竟是极少数,这让他萌生了在国内创办复合材料展览会的想法。1995年,在国家科委、国家建材局、中实公司等相关单位的大力支持下,第一届“中国国际复合材料展览会”在北京民族文化宫成功创办。
He was originally a ceramic expert, entered the composite materials industry in 1993 after he entered the real company under the State Building Materials Bureau. Composite materials industry in Europe and the United States at that time has developed to a very high level, while China has just started. Because of his good command of foreign languages, it is an important work for him to study abroad. However, a very small number of people can go abroad to study, which led to his initiation of the idea of setting up a composite exhibition in China. In 1995, with the strong support of the State Science and Technology Commission, State Building Materials Bureau, Zhongshi Company and other related units, the first “China International Composites Exhibition” was successfully founded in Beijing National Palace of Culture.
