11月7日，中共上饶地委、上饶行署在当年中共赣东北省委、省苏维埃政府驻地横峰县召开大会，隆重纪念赣东北革命根据地创建60周年。中顾委委员汪东兴、江西省委副书记朱治宏到会并讲了话。会后，举行了老红军、老同志座谈会，闽、浙、赣、皖党史工作者召开了专题研讨会。与会代表回顾了赣东北革命根据地的创建史。赣东北（闽浙赣）革命根据地是第二次国内革命战争时期，在中国共产党的领导下，较早建立起来的一块比较巩固的革命根据地，苏区和游击区范围共有52个县，苏区人口达100余万，为全国六大根据地之一。
On November 7, CPC Shangrao District Party Committee and Shangrao Administrative Office held a general meeting in Hengfeng County, the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and the provincial government of Soviets, solemnly commemorating the 60th anniversary of the founding of the revolutionary base areas in northeastern Jiangxi. In the CMC member Wang Dongxing, Jiangxi Provincial Committee Zhu Zhihong, deputy secretary arrived at the meeting and spoke. After the meeting, symposiums of the old Red Army and old comrades were held and seminars of party history workers from Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Anhui provinces were held. Participants reviewed the history of the founding of the revolutionary bases in northeastern Jiangxi. The revolutionary base areas in the northeast of Jiangxi (Fujian, Zhejiang and Jiangxi) are the second revolutionary revolutionary period under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, a relatively well-established revolutionary base established by the Communist Party of China. There are 52 counties in the Soviet Area and Guerrilla Area and the population in the Soviet Area More than 100 million, one of the six base areas in the country.
