鲁南铁道队是抗日战争时期鲁南有名的抗日武装,经常活动在微山湖东。作家刘知侠笔下的《铁道游击队》大都取材于当地的真人真事。一九三八年初,苏鲁豫皖特委书记郭子化组织抗日武装暴动,短短几个月,在枣庄、微山湖地区拉起了一千多人的武装。原在枣庄中兴煤矿彭山号井当掘煤工人的洪振海、王志胜参加了这支武装。这年五月,中共苏鲁豫皖特委调集了在沛北、滕东、峄县发展起来的抗日武装于墓山北会合,正式建立了第五战区苏鲁人民抗日义勇总队,后随着湖西第二总队的成立即改称第一总队,总队长张光中,政委何一萍,参谋长韩文一。九月,根据张光中的指示,在义勇队第三大队第三连任排长的洪振海和王志胜返回枣庄矿区,负责了解敌情,为我军提供情报,并伺机夺取武器,发展矿区武装。
