目前,逆向工程中的曲面数字化测量前提,是要提取对象表面的三维信息,其实质即对被测实体轮廓信息进行数字化。在逆向工程的测量流程中,测量数据处理是极其重要的一环,处理的效果将直接影响到整个产品模型的逆向工程的时间的长短。获取数据的质量好坏直接影响到对被测实体进行描述的准确、完整程度,而影响到重构的CAD曲面、实体模型的质量,并最终影响到制造出来的产品,是否能够真实地反映原始实体模型。
