[目的]探讨黄河湿地渭南沋河段沉积物中微量金属离子的含量的测定方法。[方法]在一定优化的试验条件下,采用原子吸收分光光度法对沋河沉积物中微量金属含量进行分析,测定沋河底泥中Zn、Cu、Mg、Mn的含量。[结果]样品中Zn的含量为111.0μg/g,Cu的含量为8.30μg/g,Mg的含量为99.0μg/g,Mn的含量为469.5μg/g。[结论]该方法简便迅速,准确度较高,可在生产生活中指导运用。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to determine the content of trace metal ions in the sediments of Weinanhe River in the Yellow River wetland. [Method] Under certain optimized experimental conditions, the content of trace metals in sediments of Bahe River was analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the contents of Zn, Cu, Mg and Mn in Bahe River sediments were determined. [Result] The content of Zn in the sample was 111.0 μg / g, the content of Cu was 8.30 μg / g, the content of Mg was 99.0 μg / g, and the content of Mn was 469.5 μg / g. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used in production and life.
