目前治疗耳蜗前庭紊乱的多数药物仅有对症作用,对大多数由外周或混合性病变所致的眩晕缺乏明显、长期疗效,故应积极开发新的有效药物。西德生产的Monothreane(每一糖衣丸内含盐酸奎宁100mg和罂粟硷40mg)可作用于血管运动神经,使毛细血管功能正常化,从而改善微循环。过去曾成功地用治脑硬化症、血管神经症及颅脑外伤等。禁忌症有:视神经炎、青光眼、心律紊乱、贫血及妊娠。作者对70例(男19,女51,28～64岁)血管源耳蜗前庭紊乱患者进行了治疗观察。治前经多科医生检查:28例系外周病变(梅尼埃病),42例为混合性病损(其中20例以外周为主,22例以中枢病变为主);46例在门诊,24例住院治疗。全部患者均经纯音、语言测听,住院病例还做过脑血流图及甘油试验,结果全
