人力资源是社会经济发展所必须的多种资源中最重要的资源,故对其进行管理及深入开发有重要意义。因此,在当前环境下,要推动贺州市社会经济进一步发展,就必须充分开发人力资源并对其进行科学合理的管理。本文以贺州市企业单位为研究对象,根据调研结果分析贺州市人力资源管理与发展的现状,同时具体分析存在的问题并深入研究其中的原因,最后在此基础上提出有效、可操作性强的针对性措施,以更好地推动贺州市社会经济健康、良好的发展。
Human resources are the most important resources among the various resources necessary for social and economic development. Therefore, it is of great significance to manage and further develop human resources. Therefore, in the current environment, to promote social and economic development in Hezhou, we must fully develop human resources and conduct scientific and rational management. Based on the research results, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources management and development in Hezhou City, at the same time analyzes the existing problems in detail and deeply studies the reasons. Finally, based on this, puts forward the effective and operable Targeted measures to better promote Hezhou social and economic health, good development.
