格林兄弟搜集整理的《白雪公主》、圣·埃克苏佩里的《小王子》、唐纳德·巴塞尔姆的《白雪公主》体现了童话从传统到现代再到后现代的发展、嬗变与解构。在作品的总体色彩和整体基调,人物形象的塑造,作品意义的传达,人与人、人与自身、人与世界的关系,作者在作品中的位置,叙事方式,关于“人”和“幸福”等方面,都体现出迥然不同的风格。
