目的:观察次声对心肌梗死大鼠心功能的影响及相关的机制。方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为3组,即假手术组(对照组)、心肌梗死组及次声治疗组,每组10只。采用次声治疗仪对心肌梗死大鼠进行治疗1周(2次/d,0.5 h/次),观察心肌细胞超微结构的改变,血浆NO和内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的变化以及大鼠心功能的变化。结果:与心肌梗死组大鼠比较,次声治疗组大鼠心肌超微结构损伤减轻,血浆NO含量增加(P<0.01),血浆ENT-1含量减少(P<0.01),心功能明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:低声压级水平次声治疗能够显著改善心肌梗死后大鼠心脏功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of infrasound on cardiac function in myocardial infarction rats and its related mechanism. Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group (control group), myocardial infarction group and infrasound treatment group (n = 10). The infrasound therapeutic apparatus was used to treat myocardial infarction rats for 1 week (2 times / day, 0.5 h / times) to observe the change of myocardial ultrastructure, plasma NO and endothelin-1 (ET-1) As well as changes in rat heart function. Results: Compared with the myocardial infarction group, the myocardial ultrastructure damage of the infrasound treatment group was relieved, the content of NO in plasma increased (P <0.01), the content of plasma ENT-1 decreased (P <0.01) and the cardiac function improved obviously P <0.01). Conclusion: The infrasound treatment at low sound pressure level can significantly improve the cardiac function in rats after myocardial infarction.
