随着医院体制的改革、市场经济的需求,加强医院管理刻不容缓,作为重要的管理手段之一——内部控制也有了重大的发展与突破。内部控制的建设减少了疏忽、违规、舞弊行为的发生,促进了医院的“以患者为中心、服务第一、质量第一、效益第一”的健康发展。但是本人通过自己的实际工作经验与社会调研,发现内控在医院的管理中没有很好地发挥其作用,特别是在内部环境上、制度的制定上、运行过程中的沟通与牵制上、事后的监督与反馈上都存在一定的不足与瑕疵,这些问题客观地摆在我们面前,并且阻碍了医院的经济效益与社会效益的提升,所以我想有必要加以浅析,以此促进医院的可持续发展。
