随着21世纪的到来,我们居住的地球正处在一个信息革命和知识经济的时代;随着我国经济的发展,生产力的发展及人民生活水平的提高,住宅除了满足人们最基本的居住要求外,还必须满足办公、教育、娱乐、会客、健身、储物、停车等多项要求。与此同时,人们对生活的舒适性、便利性、安全性和高效性提出了更高的要求,智能化住宅小区由此产生。对于一个住宅小区而言,居民的安全是首要的。为了保障小区内的财产和居民的安全,必然将运用各种高新信息技术,预防和解决家居园区的入室盗窃及抢劫作案犯罪、家庭各种灾害及意外事故等的发生。
