目的:探讨牙龈环切辅助牙周炎患牙正畸压低对牙周炎患牙前列腺素E2(PGE2)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量及预后的影响。方法:将我院就诊的100例牙周炎患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组行常规牙周炎正畸压低治疗,试验组采用牙龈环切辅助正畸压低治疗。治疗48 h后测定龈沟液(GCF)中PGE2及ALP的含量,比较两组患者治疗前后累积骨丢失率(ABLR)、冠根比、牙骨和牙槽脊顶间距离(CEJ-AC)、牙根长的变化。结果:两组患者GCF中PGE2含量在治疗前均较低,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均显著增加(P<0.05),且试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后牙周炎均有好转,试验组各项效果指标均明显好于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:牙龈环切术辅助牙周炎的正畸压入治疗可以增加龈沟液中PGE2和ALP的含量,同时有利于牙周炎的预后。
Objective: To investigate the effects of orthodontic depression with gingival circumcision assisted periodontitis on the content of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and prognosis in periodontitis patients. Methods: One hundred patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group underwent orthodontic treatment with conventional periodontitis. Gingival circumcision was used in the trial group to assist orthodontic treatment. The levels of PGE2 and ALP in GCF were measured 48 h after treatment. The cumulative bone loss (ABLR), crown-root ratio, distance between alveolar bone and alveolar ridge (CEJ-AC) , Changes in root length. Results: The content of PGE2 in GCF was lower in both groups before treatment, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the content of PGE2 in the two groups were significantly increased (P <0.05), and the level of PGE2 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group <0.05). After treatment, periodontitis was improved in both groups, and the effect indicators in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Gingival circumcision assisted orthodontic treatment of periodontitis can increase the content of PGE2 and ALP in gingival crevicular fluid, and is beneficial to the prognosis of periodontitis.
