云南地处中国西南边陲,长期以来就以边贸经济作为省内经济的主要支柱。东盟的正式启动,将对云南省的经济产生巨大推动力,从基础设施建设,到通讯运输服务;从进出口贸易,到国际劳务输出等等,都将从根本上影响云南省的宏观产业结构。随着经济一体化的建立,法律服务也会随之朝向纵深发展,公证作为国际间民商经贸往来的法律纽带具有先天的优势,所以本文试以本行业为立足点,分析公证服务在东盟经济中如何开拓证源,提供优质法律服务。
Located in the southwestern border of Yunnan Province, Yunnan Province has long regarded the border trade economy as the main pillar of its economy. The formal start-up of ASEAN will have a huge impetus to Yunnan’s economy from infrastructure construction to communication and transportation services; from import and export trade to international labor export will fundamentally affect the macro-industrial structure of Yunnan Province . With the establishment of economic integration, legal services will follow the trend of development in depth. Notarization as a legal link between civil and commercial economic and trade exchanges between the world has inherent advantages. Therefore, this article tries to establish a foothold in this industry and analyze the notarization services in the ASEAN economy How to open up the card source, to provide quality legal services.
