BACKGROUND Entrapment of the temporal horn (ETH) is a rare pathologic condition. It is a kind of focal hydrocephalus caused by obstruction of flow pathway of cerebrospinal fluid. It is caused by various conditions, but ETH secondary to postoperative gamma
