结果治疗90d康复组ADL(81.56±20.31vs65.42±18.53,P<0.05)、NIHSS评分(7.06±1.25vs11.05±1.59,P<0.05)明显优于对照组。
Objective To explore the impact of early individualized rehabilitation training on the prognosis of patients with acute stroke. Methods Eighty patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The two groups of general data, ADL and NIHSS scores were comparable. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing care. After two weeks of rehabilitation training, the rehabilitation group received individualized rehabilitation training 1 to 3d after the onset of the disease on the basis of routine drug treatment and nursing care. The ADL and NIHSS scores of the two groups were compared. Results ADL (81.56 ± 20.31 vs65.42 ± 18.53, P <0.05) and NIHSS score (7.06 ± 1.25 vs11.05 ± 1.59, P <0.05) of the 90-day rehabilitation group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion Early individualized rehabilitation training in acute stroke can improve ADL, improve the ability of limbs, language and cognitive function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
