昆仑S541电视采用三洋83P机芯,因电容C_(330)(100μF/25V)质量不佳,而引起输出电压大幅度升高,造成行管、开关管、场块、伴音块甚至彩色显像管等元件损坏,损失极大。我在检修中除将C_(330)换成优质电容外,还在115V主电压供电电路中加装R2M,作过压保护,具体接法如下:在滤波电容C_(354)(47μF/160V)两端并接R2M,R2M正极接C_(354)负极,R2M负极接C_(354)正极。加装R2M后,有效地防止了因输出电压升高,而造成元件的大量损坏,一只R2M仅值两元钱,即可避免上千元元件的损失。凡采用83机芯的其他机型也可采用此措施,以提高可靠性。
