本文主要介绍高速齿轮箱运行品质的测试及分析工作。选取了国内具有一定代表性和先进性,传递功率在2000~9000千瓦、齿轮圆周速度在70~150米/秒的五台高速齿箱,进行现场振动和噪声测试。频谱分析表明,带动高速空压机的齿轮传动运转中激励因素较为复杂,形成振动和噪声较宽的频带域,且以啮合频率成份的峰值为主。此外在噪声测试中,通过改变润滑油温度,分析和推测出高速齿轮噪声随粘度变化的特殊规律,作者指出,在高速传动中选择合适润滑油粘度,可以实现较低的噪声。
This paper mainly introduces the test and analysis of the running quality of high-speed gearboxes. We selected five high-speed gearboxes with certain representativeness and advancedness in our country, delivering power of 2000-9000 kW and gear peripheral speeds of 70-150 m / s for on-site vibration and noise testing. Spectrum analysis shows that the driving factors of gear drive with high-speed air compressor are complex, forming a wide frequency band with high vibration and noise, and the peak of the frequency of engagement is the main factor. In addition, in the noise test, by changing the temperature of lubricating oil, the special law of high speed gear noise with viscosity change was analyzed and deduced. The author pointed out that the choice of suitable viscosity of lubricating oil in high speed transmission can achieve lower noise.
