本文介绍“Молибден”矿试验端部放矿崩落采矿法的情况,证明这种采矿法工作安全,回巷巷道及矿块底柱稳固,矿石回采率可达94%,贫化率15—16%。“Лениногорск”矿的矿体厚度较小,使用一般崩落法时,因阶段实际高度小,致使单位采准切割工作量占采掘总量的40—60%,且矿石损失贫化率高。改用端部放矿崩落法后,改善了上述指标,并提高了回采工人劳动生产率。今后,此种采矿方法与高效率凿岩、装运自行设备配合时,回采工人劳动生产率将能达到20—30米~2/工班。
This paper introduces the case of “Молибден” mine test of end caving mining, which proves that the mining method is safe, the roadway of back roadway and the bottom of pillar are stable, the ore recovery rate can reach 94% and the depletion rate is 15- 16%. The thickness of the ores of “Лениногорск” mine is small. When the general caving method is adopted, the actual cutting height due to the stage causes the unit to take up 40-60% of the total amount of cutting work and the ore loss rate is high. After the switch to the end of caving and caving method, the above indicators have been improved and the labor productivity of mining workers has been raised. In the future, when this kind of mining method is combined with high-efficiency rock drilling and self-shipment equipment, the labor productivity of the recovery workers will reach 20-30 m 2 / work class.
