目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩核在牙体缺损修复中的临床应用。方法:选择2005-07/2008-01到诊疗科就诊的患者32例,患牙45例,经完善根管治疗后行玻璃纤维桩核治疗后全瓷冠修复。结果:经1 a观察,通过临床检查和X线检查,修复成功率为93.3%,有3例患牙出现桩核松动和脱落。结论:玻璃纤维桩核力学特性和美学效果均优于传统金属铸造桩核,可保护残留牙体组织,提高修复成功率,但尚需更长期和更大样本的临床观察。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of glass fiber posts in dental restoration. Methods: Thirty-two cases of patients who received treatment from 2005-07 / 2008-01 were enrolled in this study. Forty-five patients were diagnosed as having teeth. After complete root canal therapy, all-ceramic crowns were repaired with glass fiber postsurgical post-treatment. Results: After 1 year of observation, the success rate of repair was 93.3% by clinical examination and X-ray examination. There were 3 cases of loose and detached stems in the affected teeth. CONCLUSION: The mechanical properties and aesthetics of glass fiber post are better than those of traditional metal casting post core, which can protect the residual tooth tissue and improve the success rate of repair. However, the clinical observation of longer-term and larger samples is still needed.
