本文介绍了临床路径的定义和发展情况,并采用文献计量方法检索Pub Med、EMbase、ISI、CNKI、Wan Fang Data、VIP、The Cochrane Library(检索时间从建库至2016年10月),评价了临床路径与临床指南的异同和联系,阐述循证评价和遴选作为制定和实施临床路径管理的重要性和作用,总结循证制定指南/路径的必要条件,借鉴WHO证据检索、评价和推荐意见流程,为建立符合中国国情的临床路径管理制度、工作模式、运行机制及质量评估和持续改进体系提供建议和支持。
This article describes the definition and development of clinical pathways and reviews PubMed, EMbase, ISI, CNKI, Wan Fang Data, VIP, and The Cochrane Library using bibliometrics (retrieved from building to October 2016) Clinical pathways and clinical guidelines for the similarities and differences and contact, explain the evidence-based evaluation and selection as the development and implementation of the clinical path management importance and role, summarize the evidence-based guidelines / path necessary conditions, learn from the WHO evidence retrieval, evaluation and recommendation of the opinion process , To provide advice and support for the establishment of a clinical pathway management system, working model, operation mechanism and quality assessment and continuous improvement system in line with China’s national conditions.
