薪酬是企业根据员工的工作能力和实际贡献而支付的报酬,其也是人力资源管理工作内容的重要组成部分,并成为众多企业管理员工的重要手段之一。本文针对当前企业薪酬管理工作中存在的问题提出一些参考性建议。
Remuneration is the remuneration paid by an enterprise according to its ability to work and its actual contribution. It is also an important component of the work of human resources management and has become one of the most important means for many enterprises to manage their employees. This article puts forward some reference suggestions for the problems existing in the current enterprise salary management.
