目前有关企业多元化的实证文章使用和选择多元化测量指标时,大多忽略了所要测量的多元化概念与其测量方法之间的逻辑关系,导致测量方法存在着内容效度的问题。本文试图理清目前各种多元化测量方法所对应的多元化内涵。系统地分析表明,不同的多元化测量方法不仅其内涵不同,而且其所考察的对象和背后的理论视角均不同。因此,本文建议以后的多元化研究应该根据其理论视角以及研究的问题选择合适的多元化测量方法,而非简单采用目前常用的熵指数法。
At present, the pluralistic empirical articles on the use of enterprises and the selection of diversified measurement indicators mostly neglect the logical relationship between the diversified concepts to be measured and the measurement methods, which leads to the problem of the content validity of measurement methods. This article attempts to sort out the diverse connotations that correspond to the various methods of diversification. Systematic analysis shows that different diversified measurement methods not only have different connotations but also different objects and theoretical perspectives behind them. Therefore, this paper suggests that the later diversification research should choose suitable diversified measurement methods according to its theoretical perspectives and research questions rather than simply using the commonly used entropy index method.
