Textbook Structure The textbooks of our school have been composed of three sections (see Figure 1): Comprehensive Course: Look Ahead BOOK III, IV (hereinafter referred to as LA); Grammar Course: New Concept English BOOK II, III; Supplementary Course: Listen this way (Listening Course), Active Reading (Reading Course). The three sections perform their duties in a variety of ways to meet the diverse needs of students in improving their English abilities, including listening, speaking, reading and writing, as well as enhancing their cultural accomplishments. “Looking to the future” textbook “second creation ” Wuhan foreign language school teaching philosophy is student-centered, “use ” teaching materials rather than “teaching ” teaching material.
