前几年报纸、电视台披露,陕西一个班级的12名少女,因心理失落感,集体自杀;浙江金华17岁的高中生不堪家庭的心理压力,杀害自己的母亲……如此种种迹象,充分说明了,对学生进行心理健康教育刻不容缓势在必行。作为一班之“主”的班主任,应当将心理健康教育引入班级管理,利用班主任工作优势,做好学生心理健康教育的导师。常年从事班主任工作的我,认为需要从以下几方面入手。一、全面了解和研究学生学生是活生生的儿童,他们的思想、兴趣、爱好、健
